Cooking with Nat

Here's a super easy and delicious dessert I just made. Peach and blueberry "cheesecake" Parfaits.


1/4 cup Philadelphia light cream cheese spread

1/2 cup thawed cool whip light whipped topping

1/2 cup of crushed graham wafers

2 large fresh peaches, peeled, coarsely chopped and a handful of Blueberries ( you can use any fruit topping you like)

4 small fresh mint leaves.




Mix cream cheese spread and cool whip until blended.

Spoon wafer crumbs into 4 parfait glasses; top with cream cheese mixture.

Use back of spoon to press down centre of cream cheese mixture in each glass.

Top with peaches, blueberries or any fruit topping you desire and a fresh mint leaf.

Serve Immediately.
